Jeganathan Thangavelu has over 40 years of teaching experience. During this time, he has been the Vice-Principal for a local school in Singapore and also an award winning Principal for a community tuition centre.

After retiring, he spends most of his time consulting in ASEAN countries and occasionally tutors at the National University of Singapore.

​

Jeganathan enjoys working with junior teachers and other trainers in a cross cultural environment. He hopes that his experience will help them achieve their goals.

Our inspiration comes from Arjunan, a legendary warrior from the Indian epic poem, the Mahabharatam. Arjunan was an ideal student who was always interested in the continuous acquisition of knowledge at all stages of life. He was always learning from his teachers, friends and surroundings. With the knowledge gained, his focus and practice in the pursuit of excellence made him the greatest warrior and archer of his time.
